How our 'custom bails' are made...

In case you are curious, after being 'cast' in silver, and filed, the 'bails' are then set in wax, where a master stone setter gently taps the silver around the outside of the stone securing, the piece is then attached to the pendant by a laser welder (laser as traditional soldering with fire would damage the stone), and then the pieces is polished again....

Yes folks,, it's another one from the "What we do for fun department" .... Someone had requested a piece in blue, green and purple.... which we accomidated with blue sapphires, green tsavorite and purple amethyst... and just for fun.. we added a 14k gold Seed of Life with a nice little diamond in the center.... why?... just for fun..... in joy....

Evolution of a bracelet....

Here is an example of the process of constructing a bracelet. It is not complete, the first step after the idea is concieved to get the master made, this was done in wax by a master carver here in Bangkok. After the wax is carved, I have it cast in silver. That is the master... then we make a silicon or rubber mold.... In the case of this bracelet did it in two parts, so, I can cast in two different metals.. such as white gold for the cuff and yellow gold surrounding the stone. Also missing from these pictures...

The 18K gold plated Flower of Life is surrounded by 66 lovely Amethyst stones, the petals of the lotus consist of 11 stones each.. Ruby, Spassartine (or Spessartite), an unusual orange garnet, Yellow Sapphire, Tsavorite (green garnet) and Blue Sapphire. This is definitely a unique and one of a kind piece intended to showcase the potential of variations we can come up with.
